Our Story

Lifetime locals of the South Shore, our goal was simple: to provide healthy fast food options to our community that both tasted good and were actually good for you!

Married to a contractor, with a band of wild little babes and an ever growing gaggle of animals, in the fall of 2017 we took a leap of faith and started our first shake bar, “Powerhouse Nutrition.” Our first location was built within a local gym and in fall of 2019 we opened Powerhouse’s standalone location where it currently resides today. Powerhouse Nutrition was the product of a lot of living, learning + love after opening its sister store, “Blend Nutrition” in the fall of 2018.

The pure goodness of our product aligned with our innate drive to deliver your families healthy options while on the run have led us to a great 5 years serving our community. We are in it for the long run. Here’s to another 5! ✨
